It ensures compliance with essential requirements by the laws, regulations, standards and norms, as well as the implementation of specific customer requirements and is approved and certified according to various application procedures.
Our employees, consisting of specialist engineers, inspectors and qualified personnel, work diligently to achieve the set corporate goals and accomplish the highest possible degree in customer satisfaction.
Along the entire value chain, starting with the inquiry over goods receipt and up to the delivery or commissioning, the requirements on our products and services are assessed according to the guideline, “If you can't measure it, you can't manage it.” 1 Their compliance is continuously observed and documented.
The final documentation of the results from intermediate and final tests over the entire value chain allows a final declaration of conformity or product certification in accordance with the requirements.
Deviations from the required quality, the requirements of occupational safety and environmental protection are recorded, corrected and, if necessary, dealt with as part of our improvement management using the DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyse-Improve-Control) methodology.
Results from this process as well as the latest requirements by law, guidelines, standards and customer specifications are implemented as quickly as possible in our management system.
Your requirements are our challenge.
We look forward to the implementation
